Description
MaxBounty is seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving client acquisition and expanding the range of advertising campaigns on our platform. Working closely with the other members of our sales team, you will collaborate to identify high-potential advertiser targets and develop strategies to secure them as clients.

Key Responsibilities

Description
MaxBounty is seeking a motivated, mid to senior level software developer to enhance, maintain, and support our cutting-edge performance marketing system. Working closely within a team of IT professionals, you will write, test, and deploy code for new features, as well as support existing systems built with React, Node.js, and SQL Server technologies. The ideal candidate is smart, self-driven, and possesses strong technical and communication skills. Knowledge of AWS Cloud, Kubernetes, and DevOps workflows is highly desirable, while familiarity with performance marketing, social media integration, and related coding is considered a valuable asset.
The perfect candidate should be self-driven and possess strong technical and communication skills. A post-secondary education and experience coding within a complex information system is essential.
You should have a good understanding of object-oriented concepts and be comfortable writing data driven application code.

MaxBounty is seeking to hire a driven individual to manage the accounts of newly approved affiliates. A Junior Affiliate Manager’s primary role will be to approve or decline affiliate applications, and effectively introduce affiliates to the network, setting them up for eventual success. You will be educated on the performance marketing industry, and be the first point of contact at MaxBounty for affiliates. Junior Affiliate Managers strive to maintain strict compliance, and grow each account to its fullest potential.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns outlined by the Head of Marketing.
- Write and edit a variety of marketing content, including long-form articles, case studies, guides, media kits, and social media posts.
- Manage the company’s social media accounts, coordinating and executing content strategies as outlined by the Head of Marketing.
- Schedule, publish, and monitor social media posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Operate as a brand ambassador by responding to platform inbox messages and forum posts from current partners and potential leads.
- Assist with the creation and distribution of targeted email campaigns to both publishers and advertisers.
